Is your team security cleared?

All members of our team have a current police certificate. Recruitment process includes face-to-face interviews, background and identification checks.

  

How often can I have a service?

You can choose daily, two/three times a week, weekly, fortnightly,monthly even once  off services  .

  

What work can I expect to be done?

Any household chores from basic cleaning and tidying, cleaning the fridge, the oven, keeping cupboards tidy, making beds, changing bed linen, to suit your needs. The amount of work accomplished depends on how much time is allocated for the service and the attention to detail required.

  

Must I be home when you clean?  

It's your choice. Many of our customers leave us a key in a safe place each visit.

  

What if I need to change or cancel the scheduled cleaning?

Contact us. We ask you to inform us at least within 2 working days before the cleaning is scheduled. 

  

What if I forgot that the cleaning is scheduled or for any reason I need to cancel the service just before the job?

Where the cleaner is at the place ready to do the job or on their way to your home we expect the client to recognize 2 hours of the cleaner's time.

  

Will I always have the same cleaner(s)?

That's our goal, but circumstances (like sickness,holidays,studies,etc) beyond our control may occasionally require a cleaner substitution. Each cleaner receives the same training and your preferences are recorded, so if a change occurs, your high quality of service will continue.

  

How do I pay for your services?

Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash or cheque (made payable to the cleaner). We ask you to leave payment on the kitchen counter if you will not be present.

  

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?  

Yes, we prefer to use your own cleaning equipment and products for hygiene reasons.

  

Do you guarantee a quality service?

Off Course! We only ask that, in all fairness, there is enough time allocated for the cleaner to get the job done properly and that you initially take the time to explain to your Cleaner what you want done.
